The Core Group Meeting Held at National EOC

Kabul (24 May, 2023) – The Core Group Weekly Meeting conducted under the chairmanship of Dr. Nek Wali Shah Momin, director of National EOC and with the online participation of the representatives of partner agencies; BMGF, UNICEF, WHO, Rotary International.

In this meeting besides some other important discussions, the M&E team of NEOC presented their presentation regarding Re-establishment of Call Center for polio program and the east-region EOC manager presented a presentation about multi-antigen campaign in east-region.

Mr. Dr. Momin added, “We need a call center to collect our data from the field on time, conduct relevant surveys and respond to the questions of people. It should be activated as soon as possible.”

The members decided to re-establish the call center and asked the technical team to accelerate its works.
